All Souls Unitarian Church

aboutus_03

All Souls welcomes all who are in sympathy with our principles to join us in our journey of discovery, regardless of race, creed, ethnicity, political belief, or sexual orientation.

You may enter the church through either the library entrance at the north of the building or the main entrance at the center, where greeters will welcome you. If you choose to sign the visitors’ register, you can stay informed of church activities through our church e-mails and bulletin.

We invite visitors as well as members to participate in church activities, small groups and committees. Visitors are encouraged to come as often as they wish, and to stay for coffee in the social hall after services.

All children, including visitors, are welcome to attend classes during the service in our Religious Education wing. Our greeters will be happy to help you find the Director of Religious Education’s office when you arrive. (Please see  Religious Education for more detailed information on programs.)

3. What should I wear?
Dress is casual. Wear what’s comfortable for you!

4. Is there something for my kids?
Definitely! We offer fun, caring Sunday School classes for children from nursery through 12th grade during our services. CLICK HERE for more information about the Religious Education program.

5. Do I have to be a member to come?
All Souls welcomes all visitors to our church services.  We hope they will stay for coffee hour so members can visit with them. Someone at the Membership Table is available to talk about membership in our church during Social Hour. Visitors are encouraged to learn about our church by participating in the Exploring Unitarian Universalist discussion sessions held each month, attending services and other church activities on a regular basis. Visitors may use our fine library and send their children to our Religious Education Sunday School.

All Souls Unitarian Church holds Path to Membership sessions for visitors who wish to become members. We expect our members to contribute to the annual pledge drive and we encourage members to contribute their time in stewardship activities for the church.

Our members find that their contributions of time and treasure enrich their church experience.
